We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of the BfB family, Dr. Justin Bland. Originally from Maryland (USA), Justin currently resides in Denmark where he maintains an active performance and teaching career. His professional engagements as a trumpet soloist and chamber musician have taken him across the U.S., Europe, and South America, and his exceptional talents also extend to singing, as evidenced by his appearances on the concert hall stage as a countertenor.
Justin has contributed to the BfB curriculum by recording instructional videos for "Chapter 1: How to Play a Bison Horn," and by providing photos and a child-friendly interview to help students learn about his background and life as a musician.
He is also one six BfB Baroque Artists who can be engaged for various services — including teaching, masterclasses, and collaborative performances — for those wanting to pursue playing early music at a higher level.
