Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their original condition and packaging.
• Non-Refundable Items: Mouthpieces are not eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@brassforbeginners.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
